Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

     We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service. US Postal Service is used for all orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO. At this time we do not ship to Canada, or US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico), or overseas.

     Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items on your order. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on current UPS and USPS Ground Service Rates.

     Although we try our best to keep all of our products in stock, occasionally an item will not be available when an order is placed. Most backorders are filled and shipped within approximately 3-4 weeks. At times, there may be a manufacturer delay on a certain product. When this happens we will add specific information on a product page (for example: Available December 2009). If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and allow you the option of cancelling the order, or placing the order for future delivery. Please note that if you elect to place the order for future delivery, your credit card will be charged upon confirmation that you want the order placed, unless otherwise specified.

     Absupplyaz.com assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.

     We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs incurred in changing the shipping address on an order after the package is in transit. A minimum fee of $5.00 will be charged for address corrections.

     If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal, even if the order is placed during a free shipping or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

     Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for item(s) that are deemed in new and un-used condition, as long as item(s) are returned to seller within 30 days of original delivery. Customer will assume the responsibility and costs of shipping item(s) back to absupplyaz.com. Refunds will be given only after item(s) are received back at our warehouse, and condition of item(s) is verified. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for original order.

     If customer wishes to return purchased item(s) for refund or exchange due to error by absupplyaz.com or manufacturer’s defect, absupplyaz.com assumes the responsibility and costs of shipping the items at Standard Ground Rates. Non-standard shipping costs will not be accepted unless previously arranged with us.

     Absupplyaz.com cannot accept returns or exchanges on any special order or electrical items.
